We are a support group network for heart patients and their families.

The Mended Hearts® meetings offer peer-to-peer support for cardiac patients, their families and caregivers. Our meetings help people understand that there can be a rich, rewarding life after heart disease diagnosis.
Members listen, share their experiences and volunteer to talk to other heart patients about what they may face. Medical professionals often join us to provide valuable information and answer questions during meetings. We welcome you to join us.
